This is a remake of a Japanese horror movie of the same name. A run down mother & her daughter
are forced to live in a run down apartment complex after a tough divorce & custody battle. Once
they move in & fix up their apartment, they are haunted by a young girls ghost. The girl used to be
the daughter of the upstairs neighbors. They hear footsteps & see water dripping through the
ceiling. As they start to investigate they slowly unravel the truth of this young girl. The movie
looked pretty creepy when it was in theaters, but I was a little disappointed with this film. It was
very slow in the beginning & wasn't really scary. It's worth at least one viewing if your into films
like this, though!!!
