GUADANA HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE 1997. CAN YOU GIVE SOME OF THE BANDS HISTORY
UP TO THIS POINT?
It is a band of Death Metal it would originate of the CD of Guadalajara, Jal. Mexico, formed at the beginning of
1997. We began playing at a local level. Offers their first event with local bands having a better acceptance of
what was expected. To single six months of their formation I record their first material (in kct format) with two
songs with the one which the band you to know & had the opportunity to play in important concerts of bands
recognized in the national scene as: TRANSMETAL, GARROBOS, SUPPLICIO, SARGATANAS & BURIED
DREAMS.
UP TO THIS POINT?

WHY WAS THE NAME GUADANA CHOSEN AS THE BANDS NAME?

elaborate & play being "Death Metal". As for what represents for the band &
in our life, it is something very natural (the death) since as Mexicans the death
is part of our culture.
WHO OR WHAT HAS HELPED INFLUENCE YOU IN CREATING
YOUR MUSIC?
The base of the inspiration is mainly the death, the hate, wars, destruction of

YOUR NEWEST RELEASE" TO KILL TO KILL" HAS BEEN OUT FOR A LITTLE BIT NOW. HOW
HAS THE RESPONSE TO IT BEEN SO FAR?
Their newest discharge "MATAR POR MATAR" it has been outside it stops a little while now. How has the
answer to it been up to now? At the moment the acceptance to our work has been very good regarding people's
answer, hoping some label is interested in this one.

Regarding the concept of the cover of the CD EP, we looked for an image
that was in agreement with the concept of the band & as soon as we only
liked the message the image, since we don't want to give any message since
with our cover it is simply a pleasure for that image. And the art is of
Zdzislaw Besinky, the design made by Armando "abxer" Baldemar a near
friend & Jesus "Eddie" bass.
