"SAVE YOURSELF FROM HELL" is the third full length release from German Metal /
Punk / Crust band MIND. It has been over ten years since they put out a release and this
time they are back to crush skulls once again. The band has a strong Metal sound that
they build from with elements of Punk / Crust & Grindcore all through out. The Metal
influences are mostly in the Death metal style with some really crusty and gritty guitars
and blasting drums. They do mix in some grooved out parts as well as some breakdowns
and stop and start parts. The harshness of the guitars and speed of the drums also give
them that Grindcore feel to their music. The noisiness and static parts along with the ultra
violent sounds is where the Crust comes into play. The over all attitude and vibe has a old
school '70's, anti-everything Punk feel to it. Even though throw these other elements into
the mix Mostly Metal fans will dig these guys, especially fans of BRUJERIA, NAPALM
DEATH, REPULSION, DISRUPT, TERRORIZER, MIXAMATOSIS, NAUSEA &
ABSCESS. If naming these killer bands isn't enough to get you to pick this up you need
to get your brain checked. Remember the old saying "a MIND is a terrible thing to
