BESTIAL HOLOCAUST hails from Bolivia and was formed back in 1999 under the
original name of NYALATHOTEP. The band later changed their name in 2003. These
guys have been kicking around the scene for awhile now spreading their sickness. They
play a combination of Black / Thrash Metal music. They take me back to the days when
VENOM was formed and were playing a similar style. These guys have a bit darker and
more aggressive sound and add in some noise as well. The music is fast paced, cold, dark
and harsh sounding old school Thrash Metal which is then covered in a dirty almost war
like sounding Black Metal style. The harsh throaty and groggy Black Metal growls also
add to the bands old school style sound. I can hear a lot of influences of old Norwegian
Black Metal in the mix too. These guys are like a combination of VENOM, old DIMMU
BORGIR, OLD MAN'S CHILD, NUN SLAUGHTER & a bit of BURZUM thrown in.
