I was very happy to find this CD in my hands. I am a big Hardcore fan and don't get
nearly enough of it for review. These guys are a younger band that formed back in 2009.
They hail from Northern Ireland, but all members are very active in the Metal &
Hardcore scene with other current bands or previous bands. BY ANY MEANS plays
straight forward Hardcore music. They are not playing anything new, but they do play
great Hardcore that reminds me of a lot of the stuff that came out during the 90's. They
have a killer blend of New York Hardcore with all the nasty aggression and some
grooved out West Coast Hardcore beats. The music is fast anger filled with a lot of old
school If you were to blend everything that is great about AGNOSTIC FRONT, SICK
OF IT ALL & BLACK FLAG (which is everything) then you'd get a great idea of what
BY ANY MEANS sounds like. In other words this is a band you must support &
follow! Killer Hardcore at it's best!
