Formed in 1999 out of Warsaw Poland comes DRAGON'S EYE. These guys play a
combined style of Heavy Metal and Thrash metal music. They have a throw back style
of Heavy Metal that is reminiscent of the 80's Metal bands, but also add in the flavoring
of late 80's & early 90's Thrash Metal music. This is really cool to me cause that's the
Metal I grew up listening to. The drums and guitar work is where the majority of the
Thrash Metal influences come in. There is a clean guitar sound that sounds more like
Traditional Heavy Metal as well. The vocals is where a lot of the Heavy Metal influence
are present. The vocals are very melodic and clean sounding almost like Epic Metal. The
music itself reminds me of a more melodic and heavier version of DIO with mixes of
MOTORHEAD & early ANTHRAX from the "FISTFUL OF METAL" & "ARMED
AND DANGEROUS" days. Really cool old school Heavy Metal. I can see these guys
fitting in with some of the bands that are on CRUZ DEL SUR MUSIC or SENSORY
RECORDS .
