FATES DEMISE is a Modern Metal band hailing from San Diego, California. These guys
have a very strong Modern Metal sound that incorporates a lot of influences. They take
elements from Thrash Metal, Death Metal, Nu Metal, Speed Metal & Progressive Metal
and merge them all together to create a very fresh and impressive sound. There are so
many great Metal styles mixed here and they do it right, that I could see so many different
kinds of Metal fans loving this band. The guitar work has a really strong Speed / Thrash /
Progressive Metal sound, that really hooked me and pulled me. I loved their wide range of
styles and the professional sound these guys have. In the drums you can hear a thick
aggressive groove that combines Nu Metal & Death Metal perfectly. The vocals run
through all the styles as well. There are harsh screaming Thrash Vocals, lower ended Death
growls & melodic smooth Power / Progressive vocals. FATES DEMISE is one of the
most impressive, well rounded and fresh bands I have heard in a long while. It's bands like
this that show that Metal has a very strong future in the music scene! Truly an amazing
band!!!
