"THE ENDTIME PROPHECY"

Formed in 2006 out of Sweden comes the Hard Rock / Heavy Metal band MORTALICUM.
These guys have been shaking up their own scene for a little while now and are starting to
spread across the globe. They have a really cool old school Metal / Hard Rock vibe mixed
with some newer more Modern Metal sounds. The music has a killer groove that runs
through the majority of their songs. There also is a darker feel that covers the music through
out. Add in some crunchy almost Thrash like guitar sounds with some lower ended Doom
Metal riffs and you got a slight idea of what these guys sound like. I kept thinking they
sounded like a mix between ALICE IN CHAINS & old SOUNDGARDEN mixed with
darker Doom Metal influences & seventies styled Hard Rock the more I listened. This is a
very killer combination and any fan of the above styles and bands from the seventies,
especially of these styles, will surely love this band!
