SYSTR hails from France and really threw me. I wasn't really sure what to expect from
these guys, but it wasn't this. I was pleasantly surprised. They play a blend of Industrial
/ Metal & Gothic music. They also add in some Electro styled music at times too. They
almost have a retro 80's Techno feel through out their music. I really liked the heavier
more Industrial and Metal parts the best. These guys seem like they would be huge in the
European underground club scene. The music is filled with a lot of energy and a dark
overtone vibe all through out. The best way to describe these guys would be if you were
to blend together LACUNA COIL with RAMMSTEIN and add in a more 80's styled
Techno sound. I wasn't sure if I was going to like this, but I ended up loving it. It was
nice for a change and it has so much energy that made me want to listen to it over and
over again.
