Originally known as GUST OF ANGER comes this killer Thrash Metal band out of
Latvia, known as TRENDKILL METHOD. These guys have a very cool almost
throwback Thrash Metal style. The two bands that kept coming to mind were
TESTAMENT & PANTERA. The music reminds me of TESTAMENT from their
"SOULS OF BLACK" & "NEW ORDER" days because of the strong guitar work. It's
really crunchy, fast and aggressive. The PANTERA influences I hear come from the
grooved out guitar and drum work as well as some of the vocals. The more melodic
cleaner vocals remind me of Phil from PANTERA and the harsher more growling vocals
remind me of Chuck Billy from TESTAMENT. These guys in no way have ripped these
two amazing bands off in anyway. It's as if this two amazing bands would merge and
create a new band, TRENDKILL METHOD would be the killer result. Obviously fans
of the two above mentioned bands would love these guys and so would fans of
CHILDREN OF BODOM, KREATOR & FEAR FACTORY!
