VALTARI is a Black / Death Metal band from Australia. This is a one man band that
consists of Marty Warren. The music he creates is done in the more melodic Death &
Black Metal style aggression and brutality. Marty has written, recorded, mixed and
mastered the whole album himself. The music has a really dark feel to that almost feels a
little Gothic at times, but is much heavy so it stays in the Black Metal genre. There is a
dark atmospheric sound that blankets the music through out. The vocals are done in a mid
ranged harsh Black / Death Metal crossover growling style. This is a very impressive
debut release and really showcases the talent that this one man possess. This is sure to
please fans of IN FLAMES, DIMMU BORGIR, INSOMNIUM, LORD BELIAL,
