BEOWOLF PRODUCTIONS is an extreme music distribution label that has been distributing products for bands world
wide since 1994! Specializing in Heavy Metal, Power Metal, Progressive Metal, Thrash Metal, Speed Metal, Doom Metal,
Death Metal, Black Metal, Metalcore, Deathcore, Grindcore, Hardcore, Punk, Crust, Industrial, Gothic, Splatter, Gore &
lots more!
BEOWOLF PRODUCTIONS Started out as a management company called BLACK BEOWOLF MANAGEMENT back in
the late 80's early 90's. This was run by Scott Black & myself, Burt Wolf. We managed many local bands in our area,
booking shows & selling the bands merchandise. I met up with a lot of great bands & started selling merchandise for
bands other than the ones we managed. After Scott & I went our separate ways I continued with just the distribution
label & changed the name to BEOWOLF DISTRIBUTION, which was in 1994!
BEOWOLF PRODUCTIONS released 7 compilations so far, through my distribution label that highlighted some of the
bands I was carrying at the time. I was also singing in a band called FAMILY OF FREAKS (1994-1997) at the time so I
changed the name again. This time to BEOWOLF PRODUCTIONS, because now it was more than just a distribution
label. Once my band folded in 1997 I started my magazine (more information below).

TREATS FROM THE UNDERGROUND is an extreme music & horror webzine that has been covering the underground
scene since 1997! The magazine was started back in 1997 when my band FAMILY OF FREAKS folded. I was feeling an
emptiness that needed to be filled so the magazine was born.
The magazine originally started out as print magazine under the name SATAN'S CANDY BASKET, named after a song I
wrote while in my band. Wanting to expand my coverage of more than a few styles I eventually changed the name to
TREATS FROM THE UNDERGROUND. After the 9-11-01 attacks on the United States, money became tight & I couldn't
afford to put out anymore printed issues.
October 31st, 2001 saw the launch of the webzine, which is much more than I could ever do with the print version. There
were 6 total print issues (4 under the SATAN'S CANDY BASKET name & 2 under the TREATS FROM THE
UNDERGROUND name). They had a run of 1000 copies each & are all sold out, but you may be able to find some floating
around the web somewhere. Within the webzine you can find tons of Interviews, Music Reviews, Horror Movie Reviews,
Links to tons of sites (Bands, Labels, Webzines, Horror & Other Cool sites) & lots more!
